The initial visit consists of a in-depth conversation about your condition and overall health, the formulation of a individualized treatment plan, and an introduction to my approach to bodywork. I will prepare a written evaluation for each patient, which may include my assessment, treatment plan, dietary and herbal recommendations, and general information. This evaluation can be emailed to you at your request. Otherwise, it will be provided to you at your next appointment.
Follow-up treatments include a short conversation to assess progress, with the majority of the time being spent on hands-on work and/or the formulation of herbal prescriptions.
Herbal Consultation - Initial Visit
The initial visit consists of an in-depth conversation about your specific condition and overall health, the formulation of an individualized treatment plan, and the prescription of an herbal formula.
Herbal Consultation - Follow-Up
Follow-up visits include a short conversation to assess progress. Herbal formulas are adjusted as necessary at this time. Dietary therapy and lifestyle counseling are discussed during these visits when applicable.
Patients may schedule back-to-back visits for more complex situations or when more thorough dietary or lifestyle discussions are desired.
Taiji/Qigong Private Instruction
One-on-one instruction allows for a more individualized approach. It is also a great option for those who wish to learn specific exercises to help with injuries or internal disharmonies.
You may book multiple 30-minute slots back-to-back.

Taiji & Qigong Group Class
1 hour 15 minutes
This is an all levels class. Sean teaches qigong and Wu style taijiquan. His approach is slow and methodical, balancing detailed instruction in forms with exploration of fundamental concepts and their application in every day life. He believes that mental flexibility, a dedication to practice, and a willingness to play are keys to the development of any student.
